During this trip we will visit Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, the city with the third longest geographical name in the world.
We are planning to take a group picture here and after 20 minutes we will go to Holyhead. Near this city, on a little island, there is a South Stack Lighthouse. The only way to get to the Lighthouse, is to cross a 20 meters high aluminium bridge. After visiting the Lighthouse, we will continue our journey to Beaumaris where the boat trip to Isle of Puffins will take a place.
There are colonies of over 150,000 different species of birds living on the island. During the boat trip it will be possible to see sea lions, dolphins and seals. After the boat trip, a 1.5 hour free time break is planned. In this time, you are free to spend your time looking at the castle’s ruins, grabbing a bite to eat, or just walking along the promenade, as you please.
ATTENTION! Due to adverse weather conditions (for example storm) the boat trip to Isle of Puffins may be cancelled at any time. Please note that we will advise on the day of departure whether the trip will go ahead. Should we need to cancel the boat trip, we will change the programme and issue a £9.00 refund for cancelled boat trip. There is a second option of transferring £9.00 to the payment for your next trip.
Please note that appropriate clothing is required due to the changeable weather conditions. It is recommended to take clothes which will protect against rain and wind, jacket, mountaineer hiking shoes, hat and sunscreen cream. I would suggest taking a binocular with you. It is very important to be prepared properly for the trip to be able to enjoy it.
